for food with additional insulation or a box made of polystyrene. The
contents of a chilled food box should have a constant temperature of below 5
degree centigrade throughout its journey. It is essential that you
pack food boxes with ice sheets or freezer blocks. Frozen foods should remain
frozen throughout their journey so once again ensure that plenty of ice
sheets or freezer ice packs are used. Pack the contents so that
all items maintain an even temperature. Ensure that your box is secure
and that the address of the purchaser is clear and has a full post
